Refund policy

RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

 

* We do not take exchanges/returns.

* If you have received a defective product, share images at support@metssterr.com and we will get back to you within 24 hours.

* Exchange can be done on the same product for defective item.

* Catering to the standards for our products; all the returns received will go through a quality check by our team and would be further approved/declined for exchange.

* We reserve the right to not accept a return if; 
(1) the product/s are returned after use
(2) the products are damaged

* The exchange once confirmed has to be shipped by the customer with the tracking ID sent to us on orders@metalpop.in on the same email thread. 

* Exchanges are subject to availability, and we cannot guarantee that will be in stock. If the size you need is not available, we will issue you a store credit. The store credit is valid till 1 month from the date of issue.

 

CANCELLATION AND REFUND

 

* Cancellation and refund is not possible against any orders.

* In case of return on an order, the amount will be credited back to the customer in the form of store credit.
